A) Squat clean and push jerk double. Go every 2 minutes for 7 rounds.

*Reset between reps. Ascend in weight as form allows.

B) Every 2 minutes for 3 rounds: 5 clean pulls.

*Reset between reps.Start at the weight you finished clean double at.

C) 9 minute AMRAP:

30 double unders - 15 front squats (95/65lb) - 30 double unders - 15 box jumps (24/20")
