Our On-Ramp Courses consist of three one-on-one 60 minute sessions with a coach scheduled at your convenience.
During your one-on-one sessions with a coach, you’ll be focusing on bodyweight movements and lightweight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and make sure you feel comfortable beginning your CrossFit journey.
Whether you're a beginner or looking to shake off some rust, On-Ramp Courses are a great way to master the fundamentals and start your CrossFit journey!
In each session, the coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely.
Once you feel comfortable and are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit, you will graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
