Interested in trying CrossFit? This is the perfect place to start!

Here you'll learn technique, form, and safety in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. You don't need any prior athletic ability to start, just the will to try!

Our coaches are here to help you improve your health, general fitness, and skill in specialty areas.

You do not need to be fit to start CrossFit!

Your Coach will scale the workouts to your abilities, and the group will support you, regardless of your fitness level.

Everyone comes into CrossFit new, no exceptions. Everyone has had the learning curve of remembering new movements, skills, acronyms, etc. The key is to listen to your body, and do what you’re comfortable with.

Join us the first Saturday of every month!

What to Expect?

Classes are 60 minutes long and are structured as follow:

• Introductions & Warm-up
• Coach explains and demos the workout, as well as scaling options
• Strength or skill work
• MetCon (workout)
• Cool down/recovery
