You do not need to be fit to start CrossFit!
Your Coach will scale the workouts to your abilities, and the group will support you, regardless of your fitness level.
Everyone comes into CrossFit new, no exceptions. Everyone has had the learning curve of remembering new movements, skills, acronyms, etc. The key is to listen to your body, and do what you’re comfortable with.
Classes are 60 minutes long and are structured as follow:
• Introductions & Warm-up
• Coach explains and demos the workout, as well as scaling options
• Strength or skill work
• MetCon (workout)
• Cool down/recovery
