4) glute bridges with sling shot hip circle around knees *1 sec pause at top of each rep
*Work for approx 45 seconds of each minute
B) “The Chief”
5x3 minutes on 1 minute off:
3 power cleans (135/95lb)
6 pushups
9 air squats
*Start where you left off each round. Score is the total accumulated rounds.
