A) Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes alternate between (5 rounds of each):

1)  5 strict HSPU + 20 second handstand hold

2) 5 strict toes to bar + 10 second L-hang

*Modifications: 5 pike pushups or 5 box pushups + 20 second handstand hold and 5 strict straight leg raises + 10 second tuck L-hang

B) 2022 Quarterfinals WOD 2:

For time:

50 overhead squats (95/65lb)

40 bar facing burpees

40 back rack lunges

30 bar facing burpees

30 power cleans

20 bar facing burpees

20 alt. pistols

10 ring muscle-ups

 *20 minute time cap

**Modification options:

75/55lb

Feet together air squats instead of pistols

Chest to bar pull-up instead of MU. Front squats instead of OH squats
