1) 5 heavy-ish front squats from the ground (155-225/105-155lb)

2) 10 double db push presses (50/35lb) with 1 sec pause at top of each rep

3) 10-12 db farmers carry reverse lunges

4) 6 strict knees to elbows

*Modification: Strict knees to chest
