A) 4x10 Back squats @60-65% (a little heavier than last week)

First 2 reps with a 3 sec pause below parallel. Next 8 reps no pause.

*20 minute time cap

B) 10 minute Alternating EMOM: 

1) 5 unbroken touch and go power snatches (115/75lb) Rx+ (135-155lb/95-105lb)

2) 30-50 double unders, sub 30 seconds DU practice or 30 lateral bar hops or 30 lateral db hops
