A) 5x5 back squat @80-85%.

Superset with 30 second weighted plank hold.

*This is week 6 of 6 of this block, so last and heaviest week of this squat cycle!

B) 10 minute EMOM:

3 unbroken touch and go power snatches + 20 double unders. Rx (135/95lb) Rx+ (155/105lb)

*Try to go a little heavier than two weeks ago, but no press outs.

*Double under mods: 10-15 DU or 20 power singles
