Back squat 5x5 @80%

B) Every 5 minutes for 15 minutes (3 rounds):

50 double unders

40 abmat situps

30 Russian kb swings (53/35lb) Rx+ (62-70lb/44-53lb)

20 goblet squats

*Scaling options:

Reduce sit ups to 30 reps

Reduce double unders to something you can do in under 40 seconds or sub 50 power singles (high single unders)
