Superset with 30 second handstand hold

*Staying at same weight

B) 5x2 minutes on 1 minute off:

12 box jumps (24/20”)

14 single arm OH db lunges (50/35lb) (7/arm)

Max alt. db devils press in remaining time

(Rx+: 60/40lb db)
