A) Find a heavy single back squat in 25 minutes
*Drop weight if not hitting hip crease below knee depth. You can’t measure progress if you aren’t hitting a consistent standard.
B) 3 rounds for time:
30 double unders
15 burpees
15 pull-ups
15 American kb swings (53/35lb)
30 double unders
Rest 90 seconds after each round
*15 minute time cap
**Rx+: CTB pull-ups and 62/44lb kb swings
***Modifications: 10 kipping pull-ups or 15 jumping pull-ups, 45 single unders
