*Begin each set every 3 minutes

*Start set of 10 around 60-65% 1RM and ascend in weight each set as reps go down

B) Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds (12 minutes) complete:

12 deficit db push-ups

12 db farmers carry lunges (2x50/35lb)

Max farmers carry hold in remaining time
