Run 150m - 12 db push press (2x50/35lb) - 10 hand release pushups
Then
4 rounds each I-go-you-go style (8 total):
Run 150m - 12 deadlifts (225/155lb) - 10 toes to bar
*36 minute time cap
*One partner goes through the entire round, while the other partner rests. Then switch.
