For time with a partner:
5 rounds each I go-you-go style:
6 double db GTOH (50lb/35lb)
16 Wall Balls (20/14lb)
Run 100m
Then...
5 rounds each I-go-you-go style:
Run 100m w/wallball
10 burpees to a 6” target
40 double unders
*One person works at a time. Partner completes a full round while the other person rests. Combined you will complete 10 rounds of each triplet.
*35 minute time cap
