A) 1 Below the knee hang snatch + 1 Overhead squat

Go every 90 seconds for 10 rounds. Ascend in weight only as form allows. 

B) 2 rounds for time of: 

15 thrusters (95/65lb) 

30 double unders

15 hang power snatches

30 double unders

15 burpees over bar

30 double unders 

*13 minute time cap 

*If needed - modify to 45 single unders
