30 minute AMRAP for quality:
10/side half kneeling landmine press
10 strict straight leg toes to bar
10 single leg kb RDLs/leg (hold 1 kb in opposite hand of leg standing)
100m staggered db/kb OH/Farmers carry *Switch hand overhead at 50m
*Rest 1-2 minutes after a completed round
*For carry, choose 1 heavier kb or db to hold at side, and one lighter kb or db to hold locked out overhead
