B) Then 5 minute EMOM:

1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat

C) For time: 12-10-8-6-4-2

Overhead squat (115/75lb)(Rx+ 135/95lb)

Burpee box jump overs (24/20")

*12 minute time cap
