A) 15 minute Murph Prep EMOM:
Choose a rep scheme:
5-10-15, 4-8-12, 3-6-9, or 2-4-6 of pull-up + pushup + air squat to perform every minute
Ex: If you choose 4-8-12, you will do 4 pull-ups-8 pushups-12 air squats every minute on the minute for 15 minutes
B) @minute 15: Run a mile
C) Every 2 minutes for 4 sets:
5 push press from the rack
*Start at a moderate weight and build in weight each round as form allows
