*Start at a moderately heavy weight and build in weight each set as form allows (no re-dipping)

B) 15 min alt. Murph Prep EMOM:

1) 10 pull-ups Rx+: 15

2) 15 push-ups Rx+: 20

3) 20 air squats Rx+: 25

C) @minute 15: Run a mile
