A) Every 2 minutes for 9 sets:
1 power clean + 2 split jerks
*Build in weight sets 1-5. Stay at the same moderately challenging weight sets 6-9.
B) 4 sets for time (rest 1 minute after each set):
24 double unders
12 hang power clean and jerk (95/65lb) Rx+ (115/75lb)
24 double unders
12 OH lunges
*Goal is unbroken on the barbell movements
**Modification: 40 single unders and/or 10 reps of barbell movements
