Every 6 minutes for 30 minutes (5 rounds) complete for quality/load: 

7 strict straight leg toes to bar

7 pistols/side

7 db/kb gorilla rows per side

7 db/kb seesaw presses per side

50m heavy kb goblet carry

*Perform all movements with quality and control

*Pistols: Perform all 7 reps on one side, then switch

* Seesaw presses: Slight pause each rep in front rack position with both dbs on shoulders before pressing next rep
