B) 6x3 minutes on 2 minutes off alternating between:

1)  Max calorie row

2) Buy in:

16 American kb swings (53/35lb)

32 double unders

16 abmat situps

32 double unders

Then max burpees in remaining time

Rx+: Toes to bar instead of abmat sit-ups
