A) Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes (8 sets):

1 hang power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch with 1 sec pause in each catch position

*Start each rep from mid knee

B) For total time:

120 double unders

30 bar facing burpees

Rest 2 minutes, then...

60-40-20 double unders

15-10-5 bar facing burpees

*Single under modification: 1.5x reps so 180 single unders, then 90-60-30 single unders
