About Coach

Not too dissimilar from most, Andrew grew up playing sports, primarily hockey. From there he transitioned to soccer in high school & college and has stuck with it ever since. Once he found Crossfit helped him run faster, jump higher and be generally stronger to the ball than nearly everyone else, he was hooked. "The funny thing about having more strength and stamina is that you have to nurture it as well" says Andrew. "Joining Crossfit with accessory work, range of motion and trying to avoid eating like a wandering donkey seemed to be the foundation to a healthy lifestyle. As much as I love being moderately fit, I love coaching even more." Andrew's goal for everyone in every class is to feel their best to be able to return the next day, and the day after that.
