I started CrossFit as a high school rower in 2005 with Dr. Kelly Starrett. As an athlete, CrossFit helped me build the strength and confidence to try other sports like Olympic weightlifting and cycling. Teaching people how to move well and take care of their bodies is extremely fulfilling and I began coaching CrossFit in 2014.
As a coach, I am motivated to help people who are starting or continuing their fitness journey. I enjoy helping endurance athletes with strength training in order to prevent injury and help improve performance.
