30 box jumps (24/20”) Rx+ (30/24”)

20 alt. db snatches (50/35lb) Rx+ (70/50lb)

10 wall walks

20 alt. db snatches

30 box jumps

40 toes to bar

*20 minute time cap

**Modifications: Straight leg sit-ups, scaled wall-walks or 1 inchworm plus 2 push-ups per rep
