2) 12 sumo stance barbell good mornings

3) 5-6 strict knees to elbows + 10-15 second L-hang

4) 6/side single leg elevated glute bridges with 1 second pause at top

B) For total time:

21-15-9

Deadlift (225/155lb) - toes to bar

*When you finish immediately perform 200m db farmer carry (50/35lb)

**Modifications: Kipping heels above hips or V-ups - 185/135lb
