A) Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds: 

1 halting snatch deadlift w/2 sec pause at knee + 1 snatch

*Reset before snatch, no touch and go

 B) For time:

10 squat snatches (135/95lb)

10 burpee toes to bar

50 double unders

8 squat snatches

8 burpee toes to bar

40 double unders

6 squat snatches (155/105lb)

6 burpee toes to bar

30 double unders

4 squat snatches 

4 burpee toes to bar

20 double unders

2 squat snatches (175/125lb)

2 burpee toes to bar

10 double unders

 *15 minute time cap

Modified weights: 

1) 115/75 --> 135/95lb --> 155/105lb

2) 95/65lb -->115/75lb --> 135/95lb

3) 75/55lb -->95/65lb --> 115/75lb
