A) Every 3:30 minutes for 5 sets alt. between:

6 back squats @approx 70-75% 1RM. 

*Try to stay at same weight for all 5 sets. 4 less reps than last two weeks so go heavier, but leave some in the tank for next week at the same reps.

8 db hammer curl to strict press 

B) 13 minute AMRAP:

14 alt. db snatches (50/35lb)

28 double unders

14 wallballs (20/14lb)

28 double unders

*Sub 28 high single unders
