3 seconds pause below parallel on the 1st rep of each set only.

Superset with 30 second weighted plank.

       

B) 10 minute alternating EMOM:

1) 10 lateral hops over bar + 5 unbroken touch & go power cleans (135-155/95-105lb)

2) 10 lateral hops over bar + 5 unbroken push jerks

Rx+: (175-185/125-135lb)
