Go every 2 minutes for 8 rounds

B) Then every  2:30 minutes  for 4 rounds:

5 reset snatch deadlifts + 7-8 per side split stance bent over kb rows  

C) 6 x 30 seconds on 45 seconds off:

Max burpees to a 6" target above reach
