A) 1 clean deadlift + 1 (squat) clean +  1 split jerk

Go every 2 minutes for 10 rounds

B) 4 rounds for total time of:

18-20 bar facing burpees

Rest 1 minute after each round

 *Choose a number you can sprint in 1 minute or less

 *10 minute time cap
