1 snatch lift off + 1 power snatch + 1 snatch
Reset between reps. Ascend in weight as form allows (no press outs)
B) Every 2:30 minutes for 4 rounds:
5 reset snatch deadlifts +8-10 bent over double db/kb rows *controlled tempo
C) 6x45 seconds on 30 seconds off:
Max burpees to a 6" target above reach
