Then drop to 70% of heavy 4 and do 2 max sets aiming for 8-13 reps

*25 minute time cap 

B) 4 rounds for time: 

150m plate carry (45/25lb)

7 power cleans (155/105lb)

10 bar facing burpees

 *16 minute time cap
