With a partner complete:

400m db carry (50/35lb)

100 calorie row

80 air squats

60 db devils press (2x50/35lb)

40 burpee box jumps (2420")

20 wall walks

400m db carry

*35 minute time cap

*Partners run together and share one db, switching who carries it as desired. On the other movements, one partner works at a time, while the other partner rests. For carry, only use 1 db, for devils press use two dbs.
