12 db front rack lunges(2x 50/35lb)

24 double unders

12 db pushups (hands on db to create deficit)

Run 400m together

200 wallballs (20/14lb)

*Partners must switch every 20 reps

Run 400m together

60 partner medball situps 

Run 400m together with wallball

*35 minute time cap
