1 hang (squat) clean + 1 front squat

*Build in weight sets 1-5. Stay at the same moderately challenging weight for sets 6-10.

B) 16 minute AMRAP:

16 alt. db snatch (50/35lb)

16 burpees to 6” target above reach

16 single arm db OH lunges

16 box jump overs (24/20”)

@ minute 16 - 100 tuck jumps
