A) Every 3:00 for 4 rounds complete:

2 front squats + 6 back squat

*Same rep scheme as last week. Go a little heavier if possible. Stay at the same weight for all 4 sets.

B) 4 rounds for total time. Rest 1 minute after each round.

Row 300/250m

16 lateral bar hops

8 power clean and jerks (135/95lb) Rx+: 155/105lb

Round 2 and 4:

8 power clean and jerks

16 lateral bar hops
