3) 16 abmat situps
4) 200m run
5) 16 russian kb swings (53/35lb)
6) 16 alt. db snatch (50/35lb)
7)16 db thrusters (2x50/35lb)

**Perform movement 1, then movement 2-1, then 3-2-1, all the way until you finish with the round of 16 thrusters down to 16 wallballs. You will perform the wallballs a total of 7 times and the thrusters only once in the final round.
