About Coach

Coach Natalie carries a deep passion for movement, storytelling, and community. A former commercial photographer, she spent over a decade behind the camera before taking time off to raise her two young boys. Natalie discovered CrossFit at the legendary San Francisco CrossFit and continued her journey with us at 7x7, where she quickly found herself drawn to the deeper "why" behind training. During that period, Natalie discovered her love for fitness and became the strongest, healthiest version of herself after becoming a mother. Inspired by her own transformation, she took the CrossFit Level 1 course, interned at the gym, and never looked back.

Natalie’s approach to coaching blends strength, movement, and mindset. She founded 7x7's Strength & Conditioning class to make training approachable and fun for people at all levels, helping members feel confident in their abilities regardless of experience. From there, she transitioned into one-on-one Personal Training, where she works closely with clients to build sustainable habits, improve performance, and meet them exactly where they are. Her focus is on progress over perfection, helping people move better, train smarter, and enjoy the process along the way.

When she’s not coaching, you’ll likely find Natalie swimming in the bay with the South End Rowing Club - leading open water swim groups or events like the Trans Tahoe Relay - training for Hyrox, bench pressing, dancing around the gym, or chasing her two boys. Natalie will geek out over holistic nutrition with capturing stories of food, farming, and the human experience through her lens. Natalie's coaching is rooted in curiosity, connection, and joy - and she’s here to help you move better, feel stronger, and find your own rhythm.
