A) Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds:
(Squat) Snatch double
*Reset between reps. No touch and go. Ascend in weight as form allows.
B) Then every 2 minutes for 3 rounds:
5 deficit snatch deadlifts
*Start at last snatch weight or heavier. Reset between reps. No touch and go.
C) 7 minute ascending ladder (2-4-6-8-10-12…etc):
OH squat (95/65lb) + kipping toes to bar
