A) *Deload week for squats: 4x8 tempo back squat @50-55% 1RM

First 4 reps tempo 3 seconds down-3 seconds up. Next 4 reps no tempo.

Superset with 30 second handstand hold or handstand walk practice.

B) 12 minute AMRAP:

50 double unders

15 1 1/4 air squats

50m full grip db front rack carry (2x50/35lb)

15 db STOH
