Partner WOD

5 rounds each (10 total)  I-go-you-go style:

6 double db GTOH (2x50/35lb)

9 hand release push-ups

12 abmat sit-ups

Then 400m farmers carry

*One partner must hold both dbs (not one each). Switch whenever desired while the other partner walks/jogs with them.

Then 5 rounds each (10 total) I-go-you-go style:

12 calorie row

9 burpee box jumps (24/20")

6 double db front squats

*40 minute time cap
